Configure pricing, billing terms, service parameters, and provider or client data in internal systems. Translate contracts into accurate configurations, support new client and provider implementations, maintain equipment catalogs, conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. Collaborate with Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Client Services teams to ensure accurate invoicing, ordering, and operational performance.

Provides service desk and technical support for SaaS applications, networks, systems, hardware, mobile devices, and integrated software partners. Troubleshoots issues, manages service requests, supports EMR data accuracy, extracts SQL data for reporting, assists with billing data validation, documents procedures, and trains users. Collaborates with departments on technology improvements while mentoring team members and supporting special projects.

Build and manage pharmacy provider relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, onboard network providers, monitor performance, resolve reimbursement and contract issues, and support network strategy through reporting, financial analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement.
