Translate contracts into accurate configurations, support client and provider implementations, perform audits and quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Contracting, Billing, Implementation, and Client Services teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, Excel proficiency, and experience with contracts, pricing, billing, data entry, or system configuration.

Build and manage a regional hospice sales pipeline, research prospects, cultivate relationships with healthcare decision-makers, present proposals, negotiate contracts and renewals, and secure new business. The role requires strong knowledge of hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare services while tracking sales activity and representing the company at industry conferences.

Provide overnight clinical pharmacy consultation on medication requests, prior authorizations, benefit determinations, therapy appropriateness, dosing, and safety. Collaborate with providers, support complex case reviews and appeals, improve medication adherence and cost-effectiveness, and educate internal teams on formulary management, utilization review, and pharmacy policies.
