Manage end-to-end recruitment and school-based staffing for ABA roles in New York State. Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate placements with schools and clinical teams; maintain ATS records and staffing matrices; report metrics and ensure compliance with district credentialing and state regulations.

Provide school-based ABA services including conducting FBAs and BIPs, direct and consultative interventions, staff training and supervision, data collection and progress monitoring, IEP participation, crisis management, documentation, and collaboration with school teams to support students with autism and developmental disabilities.

Provide school-based ABA services including conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, delivering direct and consultative interventions, training and supervising school staff and RBTs, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, participating in IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining documentation and compliance with BACB and school standards.
