Supports strategic finance through financial modeling, revenue and expense forecasting, margin and trend analysis, liquidity planning, reporting, budgeting, and KPI evaluation. Partners with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, executives, Unilever, and external stakeholders on growth initiatives, retail, international expansion, and product launches. Performs DTC cohort and customer behavior analysis, retail POS analysis, market sizing, and special projects.

Lead commercial management and strategic growth for major UK grocery and high-street retail accounts. Own joint business planning, account P&Ls, forecasting, promotional investment, and cross-functional execution. Build retailer relationships, use category/shopper insight to drive range and space improvements, and optimise shelf performance to meet sales and margin targets.

Lead R&D and formulation across soaps, deodorants, body care, hair care, and skincare. Own technical strategy, innovation pipeline, and manufacturing scale-up. Manage external manufacturers and suppliers, optimize cost and quality, and build scalable development processes. Recruit, mentor, and operate as a player‑coach to evolve R&D capabilities for rapid retail and omnichannel growth.
