Manage outsourced employee services finance operations, including payroll processing, provisions, employee balances, expense claims, advances, corporate card transactions, book closures, MIS reporting, audits, internal controls, and compliance with labor and tax laws. The role also oversees partner performance, SLA improvements, employee query resolution, SOX requirements, and process automation across India entities.

Lead the development and execution of global B2B pharmaceutical opportunities across APIs, formulations, pre-formulation, and CDMO services. Manage strategic partner relationships, opportunity pipelines, market and competitive assessments, deal structuring, due diligence, alliances, and product launches. Evaluate mergers and acquisitions, build business cases and valuation models, and coordinate cross-functional teams across commercial, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, finance, sales, and marketing.

Drives sales growth and operational excellence across pharmaceutical wholesaler accounts in South Africa. Responsibilities include key account strategy, sales forecasting, inventory and procurement coordination, executive stakeholder management, customer support, promotional event support, field collaboration, reporting, and implementation of commercial action plans. The role requires pharmaceutical industry knowledge, strong relationship-building and analytical skills, compliance awareness, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
