Coordinates marketing, R&D, regulatory, medical, sales, and market access teams from pre-launch incubation through post-launch performance management. Develops product positioning, pricing, distribution, and go-to-market plans while monitoring market trends, sales, market share, and customer feedback. Presents strategic updates and risks to senior leadership.

Develop and execute digital-first omnichannel activation plans for healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical brands. Analyze campaign performance, research content consumption, recommend cost-effective digital tools, manage service providers, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT. Educate teams on digital KPIs and strategy while managing talent, performance, and team development.
