Manage inventory planning for Rx and SRx products to meet market demand; oversee product movement from production to customer; track KPIs; optimize inventory levels; coordinate launches, batch releases, returns, and master data adherence to SOP/MRP with cross-functional and external teams.

Lead development and execution of pricing, reimbursement and contracting strategies for biologics and biosimilars. Drive list pricing, gross-to-net modeling, ASP forecasting, financial analyses, and contracting with payers, PBMs, GPOs and IDNs. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Market Access, Sales, Legal, Finance and Government Pricing, support launches, monitor performance, and present financial impacts to senior management.

Serve as the Qualified Person (QP) responsible for certification and release of medicinal product batches, maintain and improve cGMP/QMS compliance, oversee audits, review quality investigations (deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPAs, recalls), act as Responsible Person (import), support adding biologics to the site MIA, and coach/mentor the Quality team to ensure regulatory and business objectives are met.
