Manage pharmaceutical hospital accounts in Sabah and Sarawak by building healthcare professional relationships, implementing sales strategies, analyzing market conditions, monitoring performance, facilitating hospital product enlistment, and growing market share. A science degree is required, while pharmaceutical hospital sales experience and cardiovascular, nephrology, or diabetes experience are preferred.

Designs and embeds organizational development, culture, leadership, psychological safety, team effectiveness, and change-management practices. The role translates cultural aspirations into leadership behaviors, routines, scorecards, and people processes; supports executive onboarding and assimilation; facilitates stakeholder and team interventions; diagnoses organizational friction; and drives adoption of strategic changes across a complex pharmaceutical organization.

Partners with business leaders to develop HR strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, lead change and transformation, shape talent and succession plans, build capabilities, support culture and engagement, coach managers, and govern HR processes, compliance, compensation, and employee lifecycle services.
