Front-desk role at an optometry practice delivering an elevated patient experience: greeting patients, answering phones, pre-testing patients, learning optometric equipment and insurance processes, and supporting expanding office operations.

Provide front-desk patient care for an optometry clinic: greet patients, answer phones, pre-test patients, learn optometric equipment and insurance processes, support team growth, and take on evolving responsibilities to deliver an elevated patient experience.

Provide full-scope optometry care including medical testing, ocular disease treatment and management, specialty contact lens fittings, surgical co-management and post-op care. Use state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, deliver excellent patient communication, support practice growth, and participate in mentorship and potential future partnership opportunities. Average ~20 patients daily.

Perform patient refractions and basic ophthalmic assistance to deliver an elevated patient experience, support practice growth, and manage patient interactions. Requires strong manual dexterity, coordination, analytical skills, and professional demeanor while working with optometry/ophthalmology patients.
