Manages auditor resources and competencies for a medical device certification organization. Responsibilities include coordinating auditor applicants, auditors, and specialist certifiers; maintaining auditor data; reviewing application completeness; conducting conflict-of-interest analyses; and managing competency verification workflows. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, strong communication, ethical integrity, people management skills, and proficiency with standard office software.

Executes daily marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, advertising copy, promotional strategies, event and trade show management, content creation, campaign support, and public relations initiatives. Collaborates with sales and design teams to plan and deliver broader marketing programs.

Manage IDS sales with ownership of overall and individual revenue targets. Act as a techno-commercial lead, perform audits, and operate at a team-leader/manager level to meet sales objectives.
