Advises managers on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters; contributes to talent, succession, workforce planning, organisational change and engagement initiatives. Analyzes people data, implements HR policies and processes, coaches stakeholders, and collaborates with HR teams on continuous improvement.

Coordinate ro-ro port operations for vessels serving Zeebrugge and Rotterdam: ensure health & safety, liaise with customers and stakeholders, manage damage control, coordinate unit movements, and keep vessels to schedule.

Leads project execution, mechanical and electrical engineering, facility operations, utilities, maintenance, commissioning, vendor management, statutory compliance, budgeting, HSE, and operational readiness for a large logistics park. Oversees MEP systems, warehouses, infrastructure, contractors, asset reliability, utility performance, documentation, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective, and reliable operations.
