Leads health, safety, and environmental operations across an industrial yard. Responsibilities include field supervision, stop-work authority, incident investigation, corrective-action closure, competency assessments, supervisor development, emergency-response oversight, hazard reporting, safety coaching, compliance with ISO standards, and HSE performance reporting. The role directly manages HSE and emergency-response personnel and translates QHSE strategy into practical operational workflows.

Leads QHSE strategy and execution across port and terminal operations, including safety, quality, environmental compliance, audits, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, contractor management, risk assessments, and regulatory approvals. The role holds stop-work authority, drives proactive safety culture and continual improvement, manages ISO systems, conducts performance reviews and committee meetings, analyzes QHSE trends, and reports metrics to executive leadership.

Develop and execute hiring strategies, manage end-to-end recruitment, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver positive candidate experiences. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams, provide market insights, maintain recruitment data, and support talent acquisition projects, process improvements, recruitment technology enhancements, and inclusive hiring initiatives.
