Teams at DP World

Manage workplace operations across Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Antwerp: coordinate facilities, vendors, onboarding logistics, IT and procurement support, travel and events, budget tracking, and employee experience initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent office operations.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations and AR SSC to ensure timely invoicing, payment receipt tracking and invoice-wise application. Support collections reviews, analyze shipment deductions and recoveries, perform account reconciliations, manage customer agreement renewals, and work with Sales to reduce overdue balances and improve DSO.

Manage procurement activities for EU legal entities: convert purchase requests to orders, onboard and maintain suppliers, reconcile invoices with POs, maintain contracts and records, support procurement systems (SAP/Oracle), collaborate with finance, generate reports, and drive process improvements while training new team members.
