Leads HR operations for a port and terminal business, including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, payroll, performance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, welfare, learning, DEI, CSR, and employee lifecycle administration through Oracle and related HR systems. The role requires strategic HR leadership in a labor-intensive industrial environment, with responsibility for audits, succession planning, employee relations, and coordination with global HR support teams.

Provide legal and transaction support to UK and European logistics operations, including commercial contracts, RFPs, procurement, property, construction, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters. Advise on expansion, entity structuring, restructurings, compliance policies, GDPR, TUPE, and works councils. Partner with business leaders and regional legal teams, manage external counsel relationships, and support operations primarily under English law.

Manage SOC operations, incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, infrastructure security, IAM/PAM, Azure cloud security, application and data protection, and OT/IT cybersecurity for port and terminal operations. Lead security assessments, remediation, architecture reviews, tabletop exercises, and implementation of controls including EDR, XDR, DLP, segmentation, encryption, and access management.
