Provide administrative and operational HR support including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping, training coordination, benefits and payroll documentation, performance management support, employee engagement, HR reporting, compliance with employment laws, and general HR project and documentation support to ensure accurate, timely HR service delivery.

Assist in building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and storage for AI workflows. Implement deployment, security, and monitoring for applications; collaborate with stakeholders and design teams; test and validate data verification and AI workflows; document solutions and follow best practices while continuously learning new tools.

Develop, update and maintain detailed BIM models and extract drawings, schedules and visuals. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans, perform clash detection, support coordination with consultants, create reusable BIM content, participate in model audits, and deliver BIM-related documentation for architectural projects.
