Manage return and ticket operations, coordinate reverse logistics and pickups, oversee inventory receiving and reconciliation, handle faulty return assessment and repair/replacement coordination, and produce regular data-driven reports to identify process bottlenecks and improve operational performance.

Perform on-site product demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, site assessments, and training for healthcare staff and patients. Coordinate with remote teams, maintain relationships with hospital staff, and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.

Manage client support, project execution, and reporting for Dozee’s clinical operations. Support virtual command center escalations, assist hospitals and patients with setup and issue resolution, coordinate with field teams, run operational execution for Circle Health, build relationships with nurses and patients, analyze frequent alerts, and create long-term mitigation solutions using CRM and reporting tools.
