Perform on-site product demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, site assessments, and training for healthcare staff and patients. Coordinate with remote teams, maintain relationships with hospital staff, and assist with ad hoc operational tasks.

Manage end-to-end client support and project execution, produce and validate technical and clinical reports, maintain reporting templates, support HubSpot and CRM-related tasks, assist US onboarding and field teams, and ensure data integrity and timely service documentation.

The role involves managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth through sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and leading a team to ensure effective execution of account strategies.
