Leads complex tax engagements, provides federal and state tax compliance and research services, reviews tax returns, manages client relationships, and supervises, mentors, and develops tax professionals. Collaborates with senior leadership to manage workflow, delegate responsibilities, ensure quality, and deliver accurate work on schedule. The role serves partnerships, not-for-profit organizations, corporations, and individuals, with peak-season work of approximately 60–70 hours weekly.

Manage tax compliance engagements for partnerships, nonprofits, corporations, and individuals in affordable housing, community development, and real estate. Review federal and state returns, research complex tax matters, communicate findings, maintain client relationships, and mentor tax staff. The role includes delegation, workflow oversight, quality control, and client service leadership, with peak-season work of approximately 60–70 hours per week.

Provides administrative and accounting support for audit teams and client engagements. Responsibilities include client onboarding, engagement documentation, correspondence, quality review, workflow coordination, deadline tracking, scheduling, status reporting, travel logistics, and general administrative support. The role requires strong organization, communication, document production, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
