Lead analytics to shape HCP marketing strategy using first- and third-party data, support sales and client renewals with data-driven insights, monitor campaign performance and ROI, translate complex data into client-facing narratives, analyze clinician behavior on the platform, and contribute to team projects and process improvements.

Manage a portfolio of Talent Finder Core and Pro clients, build consultative relationships, drive product adoption, monitor at-risk accounts, deliver executive business reviews, partner with Sales for upsells/renewals, and provide high-touch recruitment services for Pro clients including candidate searches, job postings, outreach, and campaign execution.
