Provides compassionate, hands-on downsizing and relocation support for seniors and individuals in transition. Responsibilities include sorting belongings, assisting with keep/donate/sell/discard decisions, packing, unpacking, organizing, coordinating movers and haulers, loading and unloading supplies, driving company vans, documenting project information, and communicating with clients, families, and project leaders. The role requires physical work, empathy, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and reliable customer service.

Supports senior relocation and downsizing projects from sorting and decision support through packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, and placement. Provides compassionate client service, documents project updates, reports damage, drives company vehicles, maintains moving equipment, and follows customized move plans and safety procedures. The role requires physical work, lifting up to 75 pounds, navigating stairs, and collaborating with project managers and team leads.
