Entry-level Operations Engineer completes a 3-month rotational development program across field, facility, electronics, coordination, and remote operations roles. After rotation, provides technical support to field operations, helps grow the DriFlow program, coordinates logistics, troubleshoots equipment, and performs data analysis. Requires relocation to Marshall, TX and occasional travel (up to ~25%).

Work on full-stack support for custom web applications: UI development, bug fixes, coding to standards, documentation, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders. Opportunity for continued part-time work after summer based on performance.

Support mechanical and process design tasks: CAD modeling and drafting, fabrication and assembly assistance, equipment testing and commissioning, and field-support design updates. Gain hands-on shop experience while contributing to prototype development, polymer hydration/flow improvement work, and equipment upgrade projects across the fleet.
