Drives new commercial landscaping business through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, relationship building, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Identifies opportunities among commercial, municipal, HOA, educational, healthcare, and multifamily clients; conducts site visits and needs assessments; coordinates with estimating, operations, and account management; tracks pipeline activity and forecasts; and supports successful account handoffs while meeting revenue and margin targets.

Manages commercial, HOA, and municipal landscape maintenance accounts by ensuring contract compliance, service quality, customer satisfaction, renewals, and recurring revenue. Serves as the liaison between clients and field operations, conducts property inspections, resolves issues, coordinates corrective actions, presents enhancement proposals, and supervises supporting operations teams. The role also supports onboarding, account documentation, talent development, and service improvement initiatives.

Provides customer support for recurring commercial landscaping services by responding to inquiries, coordinating service requests, monitoring field quality, maintaining client records, supporting onboarding, preparing reports, and resolving issues with operations and client relations teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, outdoor work, and a valid Florida driver’s license.
