Develops and executes state government affairs and advocacy strategies for Dow. Builds relationships with policymakers, advises executives on legislative and regulatory developments, represents the company before government entities, drafts policy and legislative language, coordinates coalition advocacy, and advances manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, workforce, and economic-growth priorities.

Provides occupational health services, including sickness absence and reintegration guidance, workplace health examinations, medical screenings, fitness-for-work assessments, risk assessment reviews, and preventive health programs. Advises employers on occupational health policy, workplace risks, wellbeing, and sustainable employability. Supports emergency response medical operations, incident evaluation, triage, medical preparedness, and coordination with internal and external occupational health professionals.

Leads Korea market strategy and growth planning for Industrial & Chemical Processing and Building & Infrastructure markets. Responsibilities include market sizing, competitive intelligence, customer research, innovation portfolio development, go-to-market strategy, digital demand generation, sustainability commercialization, and cross-functional leadership. The role engages customers, distributors, sales, R&D, technical service, and regional marketing teams to develop value propositions and commercial opportunities.
