Drive full-cycle recruitment across India and North America, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, source and assess candidates, manage offers, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience. Maintain ATS data integrity, support employer branding, manage multi-channel sourcing, provide recruitment insights, and improve talent acquisition processes. The role requires advanced Workday proficiency, stakeholder advisory skills, negotiation expertise, and flexibility for international time zones.

Performs entity accounting leadership for a legal entity, including monthly and year-end closing, financial statement integrity, account reconciliation, statutory reporting, tax and government filings, audit support, and internal control monitoring. The role also analyzes financial data, translates large datasets into usable insights, develops models, creates visualizations, and coordinates cross-functional finance processes under US GAAP and PRC GAAP requirements.

Develop and execute China marketing plans for flexible and rigid packaging, translating global strategy into growth, innovation, sustainability, and digital commerce initiatives. Analyze markets and competitors, identify growth opportunities, support segmentation and share-gain programs, and coordinate customer engagement activities. Partner cross-functionally with sales, R&D, product management, communications, technical teams, customers, distributors, and regional stakeholders to achieve commercial growth targets.
