Supports global HR compliance and People Operations through regulatory monitoring, policy governance, audits, controls, data validation, reporting, documentation, and process improvement. Partners with Legal, People Technology, Compensation, and other HR teams to translate requirements into scalable processes, maintain accurate employee data, and support compliance initiatives across global markets.

Own the post-sale client journey from signed deal through launch, onboarding, activation, early adoption, risk management, and handoff to account management. Coordinate Sales, Operations, Adoption, Engagement, Customer Care, and Account Management stakeholders; monitor health and usage signals; drive onboarding milestones and adoption; escalate risks; communicate client feedback internally; and ensure successful account transitions.

Manages renewals and retention for strategic client accounts, developing renewal plans, identifying risks, coordinating pricing, contracting, invoicing, training, support, and platform transitions. Builds customer knowledge, monitors product utilization, supports upselling and cross-selling, maintains accurate CRM records, and communicates with clients through telephone and email. Partners with internal sales, product, content, marketing, and training teams to improve customer value and protect recurring revenue.
