Lead strategy, planning, and performance of demand generation for Enterprise Subscriptions. Own integrated multi-channel campaign planning (paid, owned, web, events, webinars, partnerships), define KPIs and reporting, manage budgets and agencies, align with Product and Sales, optimize channel mix for lead quality and ROI, and drive pipeline growth.

Conduct market, pricing, and desk research for consulting projects across energy, refining, petrochemical, chemical, and materials sectors. Analyze internal data and publications, develop commercial and techno-economic recommendations, contribute to proposals, collaborate with global teams, and support timely project delivery and client satisfaction through strong analytical and communication skills.

Manage NY and NJ mailroom operations, including mail and package handling, sorting, routing, tracking, courier coordination, equipment use, inventory, and shipment processing. Maintain Send Suite and SAP records, manage budgets, update employee lists, coordinate staffing and performance with Swiss Post, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role is fully onsite in NYC five days per week and requires lifting and pushing mail carts.
