Deliver exceptional customer service, meet monthly and seasonal sales targets, maintain client book and DSM database, manage stock and zone ownership, act as brand ambassador, complete EOD reports, and stay current on product and fashion trends.

Lead marketing communications strategy across social, email and web. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (CRM, social, content), define content pillars and editorial calendars, own CRM roadmap and channel performance, brief creative teams, ensure brand consistency, and drive campaigns that boost store footfall and e-shop traffic.

Serve as brand ambassador for Phoebe Philo at Dover Street Market: drive sales, deliver personalized luxury clienteling and styling, maintain client book and customer database, manage stock and visual merchandising, run stock checks and deliveries, provide reporting and staff training, and meet monthly and seasonal sales targets.
