Draft and update policies, conduct chart reviews and audits, manage credentialing and enrollments, monitor regulatory changes, investigate compliance reports, implement corrective action plans, and ensure Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA adherence while reporting to legal leadership and supporting staff training.
