Teams at Dover Harbour Board

Manages cargo customer accounts, develops new business opportunities, prepares proposals and tenders, leads pricing and contract negotiations, and supports commercial strategy. Coordinates with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other teams to deliver customer requirements, monitor service performance, track KPIs, and maintain CRM records. Builds market intelligence, attends industry events, supports forecasting and business cases, and contributes to commercial projects and service improvements.
