The role requires accurate independent decision-making, strong organization, communication skills, computer use, and a high school diploma. Work is primarily onsite in an office environment, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Provides administrative and customer/client support for a mortgage servicing department. Responsibilities include maintaining documents, files, databases, timelines, and task assignments; responding to inquiries; proofreading correspondence; coordinating research and deliverables; resolving customer issues; and ensuring accurate, timely documentation and regulatory compliance.
