Coordinates timelines, budgets, vendors, clients, creative reviews, project files, launch strategies, publicity, events, social media, digital assets, and branded email campaigns. Monitors market and competitor trends while assisting with brand positioning and recommendations for creative, design, and advertising partners.

Build and operate production GCP infrastructure, Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines, serverless microservices, observability, and security controls. Develop resilient backend APIs and integrations with Dynamics 365, CRM, transaction, payment, and identity platforms. Support GitOps, legacy migrations, reusable platform components, partner code reviews, documentation, incident response, and shared on-call operations.

Lead architecture and execution across agentic AI systems, GCP cloud modernization, distributed systems, headless CMS platforms, and .NET migrations. Design multi-agent workflows, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD and observability practices, security guardrails, and legacy-system transition strategies. Collaborate with external engineering and cloud partners, review their delivery, establish operational handoffs, and guide internal teams toward scalable, secure enterprise platforms.
