Drives new business growth through strategic prospecting, account penetration, relationship development, opportunity management, and customer acquisition. Identifies decision-makers, develops opportunities, solicits quotations, supports pricing and milestone planning, and facilitates production launches. Collaborates with marketing and internal teams, coordinates customer meetings, tracks action items, and provides product and competitive guidance. Requires approximately 25%–30% client travel.

Leads supply chain execution across procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, material availability, and supplier performance. Establishes inventory policies, manages purchasing and supplier relationships, coordinates freight and warehouse operations, analyzes supply chain data, and develops KPIs. Partners cross-functionally to resolve material and delivery issues, supports ERP/MRP data integrity, drives Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, manages risks and budgets, and provides leadership to supply chain personnel in a manufacturing environment.

Drives complex technical sales to medium-to-large manufacturers by identifying opportunities, developing tailored hermetic sealing and electrical interconnect solutions, managing forecasts and strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with engineering and other internal teams. Builds and maintains key client relationships, manages opportunities in HubSpot CRM, supports customer meetings, and travels approximately 25%–30% of the time.
