Manage full-cycle accounting for a multi-unit restaurant group, lead month- and year-end close, oversee multi-entity and multi-location accounting, support inventory/cost accounting, cash flow forecasting, audit preparation, SOP documentation, and collaborate with leadership and external consultants.

Lead all day-to-day operations of a Seattle food manufacturing site, owning safety, food safety, quality, production output, cost, and people. Manage production, purchasing/warehouse, compliance (GMP/HACCP/SSOP), budgeting, staffing, inventory, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Ensure regulatory readiness, drive efficiency and cost reductions, and support scale-up and capital projects.

Support accounting operations for a multi-location restaurant chain: prepare financial statements, maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, analyze expenses and budgets, assist with tax compliance, and support external audits. Provide financial reporting and insights to management.
