The role supports GIPS compliance, account setup and maintenance, client requests, documentation, and coordination with IT on reporting initiatives. Experience with investment management reporting, performance measurement, portfolio administration, fund accounting, data tools, and fixed income is preferred.

Oversee outsourced middle-office and custody providers, maintain custody accounts and tax documents, investigate data discrepancies, resolve cash and asset reconciliation breaks, and support accurate portfolio accounting, performance reporting, and trading operations. The role also leads stakeholder meetings, documents procedures, and contributes to process improvement, automation, data quality, and operational efficiency initiatives.
