Develops Double Good’s presence in the cheer and dance community by researching prospects, conducting targeted outreach, managing leads, planning and staffing events, and supporting major organizers. The role builds pipelines, coordinates with Marketing and Customer Success, creates educational materials, and provides fundraising expertise to increase repeat and larger campaigns. It requires frequent event travel, strong communication and organization, CRM proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with cheer and dance organizations.

Own Double Good’s youth baseball and softball segment, developing growth strategy, securing league and organizational partnerships, managing key relationships, evaluating events, and driving fundraising growth. The role leads a Market Development Manager, oversees prospecting and renewals, represents the company through events and thought leadership, and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. It requires deep youth baseball and softball ecosystem expertise, established industry relationships, and experience closing organization-level partnerships.

Lead Double Good’s education segment by developing growth strategy, securing large-scale partnerships with education organizations, managing major partner relationships and renewals, directing event and prospecting efforts, and representing the company through thought leadership. The role also coaches a Market Development Manager and collaborates with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to increase education fundraisers and partnership revenue.
