Clean and wash dishes and kitchen utensils, maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and restaurant areas, follow safety/health and Colorado Gaming Act requirements, assist in training new employees, and support quality and security procedures.

Provide administrative support to Group Sales: handle incoming group inquiries, manage reservations in Megasys, track group performance in CMP, coordinate event logistics, prepare group packets/signage, liaise with hotel/casino/marketing departments, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with Colorado gaming regulations.

Performs cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the hotel to ensure clean, safe guest rooms and public areas. Stocks carts, removes trash, cleans carpets, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and vending areas; assists room attendants and guest services; follows safety, security, and housekeeping procedures, uses PPE and cleaning equipment, and completes required safety and hazardous materials training.
