Lead UI/UX design for the core web application using Figma. Create prototypes, wireframes, and storyboards for multi-module apps, ensure accessibility (ADA/WAI-ACT), collaborate with developers, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and support US-based teams on an assigned Philippines-aligned schedule.

Architect and operate sales systems: deploy AI prospecting agents, build automated data-enrichment and scraping pipelines, manage HubSpot CRM architecture and lead routing, run outbound automation, integrate partner workflows, and deliver reporting and SOPs to scale sales operations.

Build and maintain partnerships and integrations with nonprofit technology and consulting firms; coordinate technical, marketing, and commercial conversations; present demos and marketing events; negotiate contracts and close deals; prioritize tasks, produce supporting materials, and represent the company in written, phone, and occasional in-person interactions.
