Teams at Double Care ABA

Recruits ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians, through sourcing, screening, interviewing, credential verification, and onboarding coordination. Maintains candidate pipelines and ATS records, partners with hiring managers, monitors recruiting metrics, builds relationships with training programs, and supports employer branding. The role requires managing multiple openings in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering a positive candidate experience.
