Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, KPI analysis, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis for a global SaaS business. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions, identify risks and opportunities, improve performance metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A, fundraising, and other business projects.

Lead Dotmatics’ AI governance program by developing frameworks, risk tiering, use-case registries, policies, controls, and reporting aligned with regulations and standards. Coordinate the AI Governance Council and Siemens consortium, assess AI risks across product and business functions, embed controls into the SDLC, respond to customer due diligence, and deliver training. The role requires executive communication, cross-functional influence, technical understanding of AI/ML systems, and extensive information security, technology risk, compliance, and regulated-industry experience.

Develop and maintain LabArchives electronic laboratory notebook, inventory, and scheduler products. Collaborate with product, operations, and support teams to design, build, test, release, and improve software features across front-end, back-end, and database layers. Create unit tests and expand automation frameworks, participate in code reviews, security audits, and accessibility evaluations, and contribute to continuous improvement in a remote environment.
