Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics models and automated reporting. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to define KPIs, deliver ad hoc analysis, improve data quality and observability, and establish analytics engineering best practices to enable self-service analytics.

Support the Customer Success Lead for Japanese customers by managing order data entry, verifying invoices/serials, registering serial numbers, generating invoices and delivery documents, organizing files in Google Drive, and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone. Coordinate with internal and offshore teams, build customer relationships, and follow established workflows to ensure accurate, timely communication and delivery.

Own cloud cost intelligence and operational health for Luma: analyze and optimize cloud spend, build dashboards and automated reporting, partner with stakeholders to align KPIs, enforce cloud governance, review architectures for cost impact, and improve data quality and observability to inform executive and engineering decisions.
