Own cloud operational health, architecture intelligence, and cost optimization. Analyze cloud spend, build dashboards/reporting, enforce governance, review architecture for cost impact, and translate technical findings for engineering, finance, and executives.

Lead a team of engineers to develop GraphQL and REST APIs, mentor junior staff, and ensure application performance and stability while driving technical architecture decisions.

Provide advanced, customer-facing application support for the Dotmatics scientific platform, troubleshoot complex incidents (APIs, databases, core products), manage and prioritize cases to SLA, liaise with product teams, perform root-cause analysis, mentor team members, and maintain support records (Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence).
