Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and complex Flows; configure and implement customer requirements; manage deployments, performance testing, and validation; create Python scripts and automation tools; build AI-powered agents and internal tooling; and collaborate with R&D, Product, and Professional Services teams during customer onboarding and implementation.

Promote compliant and effective adoption of eQMS, SaaS tools, and AI within a global QMS environment. Develop operating rules, work instructions, FAQs, training materials, controlled documents, and AI governance guardrails aligned with ISO/IEC 42001. Gather user feedback, improve workflows and usability, support change adoption, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, IT, process owners, and global QMS representatives.

Support ISO 13485:2016 clause 8.4 data analysis by collecting, cleansing, structuring and analyzing QMS data from eQMS/SaaS systems. Build dashboards, metrics, trend reports and visual insights; support management review, CAPA monitoring, audit readiness and process performance reviews. Collaborate with system/process owners and IT on data mapping, integration, governance, and propose corrective actions for data integrity and traceability issues.
