The role improves OEE, scrap, quality, uptime, cycle times, and process capability; troubleshoots molding defects, tooling, machinery, and materials; develops process specifications and work instructions; supports tooling qualifications, new product launches, audits, preventive maintenance, and capital projects; and provides technical guidance to process and setup technicians.
