Supervise transportation, receiving, warehousing, and distribution for a food manufacturing site. Manage logistics providers and suppliers, negotiate rates, track inventory and shipments, resolve logistics issues, lead and assign tasks to the logistics team, monitor performance, prepare KPI and cost analyses, and produce daily loading and truck reports.
