Participate in an eight-week executive search program in the London office. Conduct primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and individuals; map talent markets; develop market intelligence; prepare client reports and project analyses; and support search execution and business development. The role emphasizes analytical research, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Summer Associate supporting executive search through industry, company, and individual research; market mapping; human capital reports; project analysis; search execution; and business development. The program offers mentorship, training, global exposure, and direct involvement in client projects. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong research, analytical, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and have a GPA of at least 3.4 preferred.
