Supports global People Operations by administering BambooHR and related HR systems, maintaining employee data, coordinating multi-jurisdiction payroll and benefits, managing onboarding and offboarding, administering recruitment workflows, supporting compensation cycles, building HR dashboards, documenting SOPs, and improving processes through AI automation. The role also handles employee data privacy, HR reporting, and occasional international travel.

Lead a team of five QA engineers and own quality strategy across NedGraphics and Optitex products. Transform QA into an automation-first, AI-enabled function, establish quality standards and release gates, expand desktop test automation, reduce manual regression testing, and contribute hands-on to test design and defect analysis. Develop team members, collaborate with engineering and product leaders, and deliver measurable process improvements across globally distributed teams.
