Teams at Doowii

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social channels; research education stakeholders; personalize messaging; manage CRM leads, sequences, and pipeline activity; book qualified meetings; support sales opportunities; learn and communicate technical product value; and provide insights on messaging and objections.

Build Doowii’s conversational analytics platform across frontend, backend, data interaction, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include creating data-query interfaces, developing APIs, integrating AI-driven features, optimizing query and storage performance, managing AWS and GCP systems, designing data models, and maintaining ingestion pipelines involving NiFi, Kafka, Iceberg, and BigQuery. The role also involves model evaluation, schema evolution, change data capture, high-throughput streaming, automation, and rapid startup iteration.

Lead design and implementation of Doowiis frontend, backend, and data systems. Define architecture, build scalable ingestion and analytics pipelines, optimize storage and query performance, ship AI-driven features (LLM/text-to-SQL, embeddings), improve observability and deployment, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and ML teams.
