Oversee and implement workplace safety programs, policies, inspections, training, emergency response plans, and regulatory compliance. Investigate accidents and incidents, document root causes, maintain safety records, and recommend corrective actions. The role partners with management and regulatory agencies to identify hazards, reduce workplace injuries, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, particularly in an electrical and electronic manufacturing environment.

Tests, certifies, troubleshoots, and documents installed Cat6 telecommunications cabling using TREND Networks equipment. Verifies cable performance, diagnoses installation defects, coordinates corrections with field crews, performs retesting, maintains test equipment, and submits electronic PASS/FAIL reports. The role also supports punch-list and final acceptance activities while following safety requirements in active construction or industrial environments.

Lead and supervise cable pulling crews on an industrial construction project, coordinate with electricians and supervisors, read installation drawings, plan routes, ensure safe, code-compliant installations, maintain production reports, train crew members, enforce site safety, and perform hands-on cable pulling when needed.

Lead large-scale electrical/electronic manufacturing projects from planning through delivery. Develop schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation; coordinate suppliers and internal teams; report status to clients and senior management; ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Perform physical cable-pulling tasks in an active semiconductor plant: pull, route, secure, and document cable installations; assist electricians; follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas.

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience, implement inclusive hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, ensure compliance with employment laws, support onboarding and HR Director with talent development and retention planning.
