Lead strategic customer success for large APAC accounts, drive value realization and adoption, mentor team members, manage cross-functional projects, advocate customer needs internally, and run on-site engagements. Requires travel and close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Manage and grow DoorDash partnerships across convenience, retail, and grocery in New Zealand. Execute growth strategies, improve partner quality, deliver data insights (SQL), coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee POS integrations, reporting and catalogue optimisation, and build long-term partner relationships.

In this role, you will grow relationships with key restaurant brands, drive revenue growth, lead negotiations, and manage strategic account initiatives.
