Own strategic B2B2C partner operations from evaluation and piloting through launch, ongoing performance, and expansion. Manage partner relationships, escalations, service levels, financial and operational performance, onboarding, provider readiness, and process automation. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance, Support, and Operations to deliver scalable, profitable programs and strong partner, customer, and service-provider experiences.

The Senior Accountant supports daily accounting operations, monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, audit schedules, and US GAAP compliance. The role manages software capitalization, fixed assets, accruals, inventory, cash, intercompany transactions, banking activities, and accounting analyses. It partners cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and maintain data integrity in NetSuite and other financial systems.

Supports revenue accounting through contract review, ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing, transaction analysis, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, SOX controls, reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role investigates billing discrepancies, collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, Collections, and Account Management, and maintains revenue accounting documentation and internal controls while developing toward a senior revenue accounting position.
