Own and build Doonails’ US influencer marketing channel from the ground up. Develop strategy, creator mix, deal structures, budgets, testing and scaling plans, and partnership networks. Negotiate creator agreements, manage whitelisting and usage rights, track ROAS and CPM, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate remotely with the Germany-based marketing team while independently shaping the brand’s US presence.
