Lead Doodle Labs’ company-wide quality strategy by building a scalable QMS, establishing quality governance, implementing CAPA and audit processes, analyzing field failures and RMA data, and improving manufacturing and software quality. The role includes building and managing the QA organization, coordinating with engineering and contract manufacturers, defining quality metrics, reporting to executives, and preparing the company for ISO 9001 or relevant defense standards.

Support customer deployments of wireless mesh networking solutions across drones, robots, and unmanned platforms. Integrate and test radios, firmware, and networking architectures; analyze link performance, routing, throughput, interference, and mobility; build scripts and troubleshooting tools; reproduce field issues in laboratory environments; create technical documentation and reports; and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and deployment workflows.

Supports customer deployment, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of wireless mesh radios across drones, robots, and unmanned platforms. Builds validation workflows, scripts, and troubleshooting tools; analyzes RF and network performance; recreates field conditions in laboratories; produces technical documentation and reports; and partners with engineering and firmware teams to improve products. The role also serves as a technical advisor during customer integrations, field evaluations, and mission-critical deployments.
