Set up and operate CNC Swiss/turning machines to produce high-mix medical parts, meet efficiency targets, inspect parts to blueprints/GD&T, adjust G-code and tool offsets, and support continuous process improvements in a shop environment.

Entry-level CNC support role in a medical device manufacturing shop. Perform shop tasks in saw, tool crib, assembly, polishing, maintenance, or shipping. Must be punctual, able to lift 50 lbs, stand most of the day, and work around metalworking machinery. Opportunity to enter a 9-week CNC training bootcamp and advance to lathe, mill, or EDM machinist roles based on performance.

Create CNC programs from customer prints, generate and analyze 3D toolpaths using CAM (Gibbs, Esprit), set up and troubleshoot 3/5-axis turning centers, specify tooling and speeds/feeds, and drive productivity and process improvements in a medical device shop environment.

Set up, program-adjust, and operate CNC mills and lathes (3- and 5-axis, horizontal, dual-spindle) to run medical parts production. Inspect parts to maintain critical dimensions and meet efficiency targets, perform tool changes and offsets, follow procedures, and help improve processes in a fast-paced shop.
