Leads talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting for facilities engineering, skilled trades, operations, maintenance, and project management roles. Develops hiring strategies, pipelines, contract phase-in staffing plans, and workforce forecasts; manages a recruiting coordinator and recruiting processes; oversees ATS reporting, sourcing partnerships, onboarding, and compliance. Partners with operations and business development leadership, advises on labor markets and compensation, and represents the employer at career and industry events.

Coordinates facility and clinical projects at a healthcare clinic, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, compliance documentation, budget and resource tracking, risk management, meetings, inspections, and corrective actions. Supports equipment installations, facility upgrades, construction coordination, contractor scheduling, permits, credentialing, and regulatory requirements. Works with clinical departments, administration, vendors, facilities, and biomedical teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, on time, and in compliance with healthcare standards.
