Serve as a Business Analyst on an Enterprise Work and Asset Management (EAM) implementation, leading functional and technical design workshops, requirements gathering, integration data mapping, design and test documentation, and liaising between business, development, and testing teams to ensure solutions meet utility business needs.

Lead design and development of Oracle CC&B integrations and customizations. Create technical/functional designs, implement CC&B Java extensions, configure OUAF components, develop PL/SQL and UI/automation scripts, and execute test plans while analyzing business and technical requirements across billing, payments, credit & collections, and financials.

Design and implement visual and interactive elements for web/mobile apps by translating UI/UX wireframes into performant code, validating input, ensuring technical feasibility, optimizing speed/scalability, and collaborating with designers, stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
