Provides strategic HR support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Advises leaders, manages employee data, develops dashboards, supports training and communications, coordinates HR projects, and ensures compliance with employment laws while maintaining confidentiality and strong service.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, correspondence and presentation preparation, confidential information handling, file organization, deadline tracking, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action items. The role also supports project management and process improvements while proactively anticipating executive needs and maintaining accurate, efficient operations.

Provide operational leadership during shelter shifts, supervise and train Shelter Site Workers, ensure intake and HMIS data entry, coordinate transportation and meals, de-escalate situations, and maintain a safe, low-barrier environment under the Shelter Director's direction.
