Provide operational leadership during shelter shifts, supervise and train Shelter Site Workers, ensure intake and HMIS data entry, coordinate transportation and meals, de-escalate situations, and maintain a safe, low-barrier environment under the Shelter Director's direction.

Operate and support a homeless shelter by setting up/breaking down site, assisting intake and HMIS data entry, coordinating transportation, serving food, aiding de-escalation and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Manage ELRC fiscal workloads and deadlines, review and correct childcare subsidy invoices for policy compliance, process payments (paper and electronic), respond to provider inquiries, perform data entry into PA state systems, support audits, and act as liaison to help desk and internal departments.
