Manages relationships with independent insurance agencies across Tennessee to grow quote activity, written premium, retention, and profitability. Responsibilities include prospecting and appointing agents, training agencies, communicating products and incentives, supporting commercial and personal lines quoting, developing agency plans, analyzing profitability, conducting agency reviews, and implementing corrective actions. Requires frequent agency interaction, territory visits, and collaboration with underwriting.

Investigates suspected insurance fraud and supports claims resolution through database inquiries, open-source social media research, interviews, recorded statements, pre-surveillance assessments, and detailed reporting. Maintains relationships with attorneys, employees, criminal justice agencies, and vendors; supports anti-fraud initiatives and trains claims personnel in fraud detection. Requires independent work, strong communication and organizational skills, and travel as needed. The role is initially office-based in Marietta, Pennsylvania, transitioning to hybrid after training.
