Supervise 9–12 merchandisers and fixture installers during overnight Tractor Supply store remodels. Coordinate with project managers and clients, maintain quality, speed, safety, and accuracy standards, train new hires, and complete required reporting. The role requires consistent overnight availability, frequent travel, a reliable personal vehicle, basic tools, lifting up to 35 pounds, and successful completion of background and drug screenings.
