Lead a traveling merchandising team (9–12 people) to complete store remodels (typically 2 stores/week) on overnight shifts. Coordinate with project managers and clients, train new hires, maintain quality, safety, speed, and accuracy, complete client and DRM reporting, and perform physical tasks (lift up to 35 lbs) while traveling with company-arranged lodging.
