Serves as the primary HR contact for a site, partnering with leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Leads HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, development, employee relations, compliance, engagement, HR reporting, vendor coordination, audits, and process improvement. Requires broad HR expertise, strong communication skills, and experience supporting organizational and talent priorities in corporate or industrial environments.

Supports regional channel operations by managing distributor and dealer relationships, developing channel plans, conducting business reviews, processing registrations, and improving partner compliance. Analyzes channel performance, enhances Dealer Management System adoption, develops promotional campaigns and incentive programs, supports dealer marketing and training, and helps identify and onboard new channel partners. The role collaborates with sales and cross-functional teams to improve dealer performance and expand market coverage.

Sell maintenance service programs to existing and prospective industrial customers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, develop customer and dealer relationships, identify service opportunities, support field sales with quotations, maintain CRM records, and provide post-sale support and training. The role is hybrid in Bloomington, Minnesota, with travel up to 15%.
