Work one-on-one with a student with identified disabilities to support classroom routines, implement IEP/BIP goals, collect behavior data, provide de-escalation and interventions, assist with transitions, and communicate student progress to school staff and guardians.

Deliver new-hire orientation and required certifications (CPR, First Aid, TOVA, Safety Care); design, update, and deliver training content across modalities; assess training effectiveness; track certifications and attendance; schedule classes and provide remedial/side-by-side coaching; maintain training records and collaborate with HR, Quality, and Operations teams.

Provide one-on-one support to a student with identified disabilities, implementing IEP/BIP goals, supervising and redirecting behavior, collecting data, assisting with transitions, and participating in meetings to report progress. Use de-escalation and intervention strategies as needed and collaborate with teachers and school staff to foster social, emotional, and academic development.
