Deliver new-hire orientation and required certifications (CPR, First Aid, TOVA, Safety Care); design, update, and deliver training content across modalities; assess training effectiveness; track certifications and attendance; schedule classes and provide remedial/side-by-side coaching; maintain training records and collaborate with HR, Quality, and Operations teams.

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to a student with an identified disability, implementing IEP/BIP goals, data collection, de-escalation, transitions, and social/academic skill building while collaborating with teachers and school staff.

As a Sponsored Residential Provider, you'll support individuals with intellectual disabilities by fostering independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a tailored home environment.
